What's a private session like?
You get 100% of my caring guidance and support in a sage environment.
We focus 1 to 1 on helping you transform and as quick and gracefully as possible. The deepest transformation usually comes in privates sessions because you get to ask what you need. You see faster results and go deeper.
Sessions are long as you need it to be, typically 50-60 min.
Offered in the setting of your own home online or in nature. I tailor your session to suit your specific needs in areas you want to focus.
Ongoing assessment and adjustments will be made to ensure your optimum physical health and emotional well-being.
Are you available for Retreats, Workshops & Trainings?
Yes and yes.
I thrive in retreats, workshops, and trainings. The level of depth we can go is amplified by the container of the retreat and the space that is being cultivated by the group.
I have years of experience teaching, assisting and running Trainings internationally.
Why is breath so important?

I've never had a therapy session before?
It’s never too early or late to start with private sessions. In fact you may find that you have been self-regulating already in one of it’s various forms.
Do you lead a private or corporate group?
Yes, FT is adaptable and for everybody. It is especially beneficial in business or high stress environment to relax the mind, open the body and connect you to your heart.
It’s great for building team spirit and enhances productivity. I recommend FT for all corporate events.
I’ll design a unique program specifically for you and your group needs. Typically we aim to release stress, increase body connection, stimulate emotional well being, nurture team connectedness.
Yoga can be offered in the office, boardroom or even if you work from home.
Why awareness of limiting beliefs and emotions?
It’s impossible to separate them, they go hand in hand. I teach it because I have felt the power and positive effects of using it wisely.
When your mental, emotional, and physical systems are synchronized, you maximize you human possibility. You release old energetic patterns and gain deeper insight.

Will FT help me feel better?
FT is one of the healthiest modalities I have discovered.
Flow Therapy is rapidly growing in the Western World because of it’s amazing results and ability to help people heal themselves.
It’s important to listen to your own body and communicate what your needs and injuries are. Therapy is being compassionate with yourself, not about pushing yourself.
As the mind relaxes, the body can release stored emotion and healing takes place.
What is a session like?
First, we create non-judgemental container for you to feel safe in.
Then we sense into our bodies while slowing down from our daily activities.
We intuitively move through each sesson by aligning your emotional, physical and mental bodies.
The class serves as a meditative space for contemplation and directing your energy for well-being.
I haven't done therapy before. Is FT for me?
Of course. FT is for every body. People of all ages and health levels can start and live a better life.
I encourage you to listen to your own body and what it needs. It’s usually best to push the edges of your comfort zone while staying in the perametes of you personal boundaries.
FT is a holistic practice and you will receive the most benefit doing the work to create inner change.
